Meet the manager - Lucie Goodall

Lucie has worked in the care sector for 16 years, progressing through various caring roles before becoming a care home manager.

Lucie is highly experienced in specialist dementia care, with a deep understanding of how to support residents in a way that enhances their quality of life. She is also passionate about staff development, ensuring her team receives high-quality training to deliver excellent care.

Lucie believes in a personalised approach to care, ensuring that every resident’s unique preferences, routines and needs are respected. Under her leadership, the home ensures all care plans are tailored to individuals rather than a “one-size-fits-all” approach.

Lucie is particularly passionate about creating a homely, welcoming atmosphere for both residents and their families.

Outside of work, Lucie is a mum to three girls and she owns a German Shepherd that is currently training as a therapy dog.
